1911 The Beginning
It all started with our great-great-grandfather EL FALEH AOUNI and his passion for the land. He planted biological olive trees from the mountains of Majoura on a very special land in Ben Bachir, Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia, a place that once served as a Roman Empire aqueduct basin. This unique terroir laid the foundation for a legacy that would be passed down through generations.
2008 Expansion & Innovation
Carrying on the family tradition, our father began to expand our olive groves. He strategically planted almond trees alongside them, creating a unique ecosystem on our land. The proximity of the almond trees adds a subtle character to our olives, contributing to the distinct, rich flavor of our oil.
2019 Modern Excellence
In 2019, we took a monumental step forward by starting our own olive oil factory. This allowed us to control every part of the process, from harvest to bottle. We invested in a new pressing machine with advanced ONER WORLD technology from Turkey, ensuring our oil is cold-pressed to perfection.
2024 Continued Growth
Inspired by our success and driven by our commitment to quality, we expanded our operations last year with a second factory. To protect the precious fruit, we've also modernized our storage and introduced verified food-grade containers, sealing in the olives' freshness during the vital hours between harvest and press. This ensures that every drop of oil captures the pure essence of our land, just as nature intended.
